March 2026 — AI Writing Assistant for Listing Descriptions
The new AI Writing Assistant is now available directly inside the listing creation workflow. Powered by our proprietary real estate language model, it generates compelling, accurate property descriptions from your listing details and photos. Choose from multiple tone options — professional, conversational, luxury, or investment-focused — and edit the output inline before publishing. February 2026 — TikTok Auto-Posting Integration
ListHouze now supports automatic posting to TikTok Business accounts. Agents can create short-form vertical video content from listing photos and publish directly to TikTok on a schedule. The integration supports captions, hashtag suggestions, and performance tracking. TikTok joins Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) as the fifth supported social media platform. January 2026 — Redesigned Dashboard Experience
We completely rebuilt the ListHouze dashboard with a modular widget-based layout. Every card, chart, and table on your dashboard can now be rearranged, resized, or hidden to match your workflow. New widgets include the Activity Feed for real-time notifications, the Upcoming Events calendar for open houses and showings, and the Performance Chart with customizable date ranges.
