The ListHouze dashboard is your central command center for monitoring listings, tracking leads, and measuring business performance. From the moment you log in, you will see real-time metrics and activity feeds tailored to your role, whether you are an individual agent, team leader, or agency administrator. Use the dashboard to stay on top of what matters most without digging through multiple screens.

The dashboard is organized into a left sidebar for navigation, a top bar for quick actions and notifications, and a main content area displaying your widgets. Each section is designed to surface the most relevant information based on your account type and recent activity. You can collapse the sidebar to maximize your workspace on smaller screens.

Understanding Key Metrics

At the top of your dashboard, summary cards display critical numbers including active listings, new leads this week, pending tasks, and closed deals for the current month. These metrics update in real time as your team processes transactions and engages with prospects.

Customizing Your View

You can rearrange widgets, toggle visibility for specific cards, and set your preferred date range for reporting. Dashboard customization settings persist across sessions, so your layout stays exactly the way you configured it.
