Quick Start for Agencies

ListHouze gives real estate agencies a centralized hub to manage agents, listings, leads, and performance metrics. This quick-start guide helps agency administrators get their organization set up and running within minutes. Follow these steps to onboard your team and begin leveraging the platform at scale.

Setting Up Your Organization

After creating your agency account, navigate to Agency Settings to add your brokerage name, logo, office locations, and contact details. This information appears on all agent profiles under your organization and builds brand consistency across the platform.

Inviting and Managing Team Members

Go to Team > Invite Members to add agents by email. Assign roles such as Admin, Manager, or Agent to control access levels. Each invited member receives a setup link and is automatically associated with your agency once they complete registration.

Monitoring Agency Performance

Your agency dashboard displays aggregated metrics including total active listings, leads generated, response times, and conversion rates. Use the built-in reporting tools to compare agent performance, identify coaching opportunities, and track progress toward monthly goals.
