Quick Start for Mortgage Brokers
ListHouze Mortgage Manager connects you with property buyers actively looking for finance assistance in Australia and New Zealand. This quick-start guide walks you through initial setup so you can start receiving leads and growing your broking business.
1. Create Your Account
- Go to listhouze.com/signup/mortgage-manager
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email via the confirmation link
- Select Mortgage Manager as your role
- Choose your operating country (Australia or New Zealand)
2. Complete Onboarding
After signing up, fill in the short onboarding form:
- Display name - Your professional name as it will appear publicly
- Email - Your professional contact email for lead notifications
- Specialties - Select your areas of expertise (First Home Buyers, Refinancing, Commercial, etc.)
Once submitted, your broker profile is created and you're taken to your dashboard.
3. Build Your Profile
Navigate to Account > Broker Profile to complete your profile:
- Company details - Company name, ABN/ACN (or NZBN for NZ brokers)
- Professional bio - Summarise your experience and approach
- Office location - Required for appearing on the broker directory map
- Service areas - The suburbs and regions you serve
- Lenders panel - The lenders you work with (e.g., ANZ, CBA, Westpac)
- Photo & banner - Upload a professional headshot and banner image
- Languages - Help multilingual clients find you

4. Submit for Verification
Once you've completed the required fields (display name, email, company, ABN/ACN, office location, photo), click Submit for Verification on your dashboard. Our team typically reviews profiles within 1–2 business days.
5. Start Receiving Leads
Once approved, your profile goes live on the broker directory. Buyers can find you through:
- The public broker directory with map, list, and grid views
- Property listing pages with finance assistance widgets
- Direct search by location, specialty, or language
Leads appear in your dashboard pipeline. Upgrade to a Starter or Unlimited plan to unlock full CRM access and manage your pipeline.
