ListHouze connects with the tools you already use so your data flows seamlessly across your real estate technology stack. From MLS feeds and CRM platforms to email marketing services and payment processors, integrations eliminate manual data entry and keep every system in sync. Set up connections in minutes from the Integrations page in your account settings.
How Integrations Work
Each integration uses a secure connection — typically OAuth or an API key exchange — to link your ListHouze account with a third-party service. Once connected, data syncs automatically on a schedule you define or in real time via webhooks. You can monitor sync status, view error logs, and pause or disconnect integrations at any time from the Integrations dashboard.
Available Integration Categories
ListHouze integrations are grouped into four categories: MLS and Data Feeds for pulling in property listings, CRM Connections for syncing contacts and lead data, Email Marketing for automating campaigns, and Payment Gateways for processing commissions and invoices. Managing Active Integrations
The Integrations dashboard shows all connected services along with their sync status and last activity timestamp. Use the health indicators to spot issues quickly — a green dot means the connection is active, yellow indicates a warning, and red signals a failed sync that needs attention.
