See all incoming leads, their current status, last interaction, and next scheduled follow-up in one unified view. Whether you receive five leads a week or fifty, the dashboard keeps you organized and responsive.
Navigating the Dashboard Layout
The dashboard is divided into three sections: the lead summary bar at the top showing pipeline totals, the filterable lead table in the center, and the activity feed on the right. Click any lead row to open their full profile without leaving the page.
Filtering and Sorting Leads
Use filters to narrow your view by lead source, status, assigned agent, date range, or property interest. Save frequently used filter combinations as custom views so you can switch between segments like "Hot Leads This Week" or "Open House Follow-Ups" with a single click.
Quick Actions and Bulk Operations
Perform common tasks directly from the dashboard without opening individual lead records. Send a quick email, log a phone call, update a lead's status, or reassign leads to another agent. Select multiple leads for bulk actions like tagging, status changes, or campaign enrollment.
