Creating Your Account

To get started, visit the ListHouze sign-up page and choose your account type: Buyer, Agent, or Agency. You will need a valid email address and phone number for verification. Once verified, you can set a secure password and proceed to your personalized dashboard.

Completing Your Profile

A complete profile helps you get the most from ListHouze. Add your full name, location preferences, and a profile photo. Agents and agencies should also include their license number, brokerage details, and service areas to appear in search results and build credibility with buyers.

Configuring Notification Preferences

ListHouze sends alerts for new listings, price changes, and lead activity. Visit Settings > Notifications to choose which alerts you receive and whether they arrive via email, SMS, or in-app push notifications. Fine-tuning these preferences keeps you informed without overwhelming your inbox.
