Browsing the Template Library
Navigate to Content > Email Templates to explore templates organized by category: lead follow-up, open house invitations, new listing announcements, market updates, closing congratulations, and client anniversaries. Preview any template, then click Use Template to load it into the email composer with merge fields pre-populated.
Customizing and Creating Templates
The template editor lets you modify colors, fonts, images, and layout using drag-and-drop blocks. Add your headshot, brokerage logo, and contact details to the footer. Insert dynamic merge fields like recipient name, property address, or listing price so each email feels personalized when sent at scale.
Using Templates in Automated Campaigns
Pair your templates with ListHouze automated workflows to send emails triggered by specific events — such as a new lead assignment, a listing price change, or a showing confirmation.
