Set up syndication once and every new listing is distributed automatically, saving you hours of repetitive data entry.
Connecting Your MLS Account
Navigate to Settings > MLS Connections to link your local MLS board credentials. ListHouze supports RETS and Web API feeds for hundreds of MLS systems nationwide. Once connected, listing data flows bidirectionally — publish from ListHouze to your MLS, and import existing MLS listings into your ListHouze dashboard.
Configuring Third-Party Portals
Beyond the MLS, ListHouze syndicates to portals like Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Homes.com. Select which portals you want to target under Listings > Syndication Settings, and ListHouze formats your data, photos, and virtual tours to meet each portal's specific requirements automatically.
Monitoring Syndication Status
The syndication dashboard shows the real-time status of every listing across every connected channel. Green indicators confirm successful distribution, while yellow and red flags highlight issues like missing required fields or photo format errors. Click any flag for detailed remediation steps.
