Notifications

Stay informed without being overwhelmed. ListHouze notifications keep you updated on new leads, listing activity, task deadlines, and team communications. You control which notifications you receive, how they are delivered, and when they appear so you can focus on closing deals instead of checking your screen.

Notification Types

ListHouze sends notifications across several categories: Lead Alerts for new inquiries and status changes, Listing Updates for price changes and new saves, Task Reminders for upcoming deadlines and overdue items, and Team Messages for mentions and shared notes. Each category can be toggled independently so you only see what is relevant to your role.

Delivery Channels

Choose how you receive notifications. Options include in-app banners, push notifications on mobile, email digests, and SMS alerts for high-priority events. You can assign different delivery channels per notification type — for example, receive lead alerts via push notification and task reminders via email digest.

Managing Notification Preferences

Access your notification settings from the account menu. Use the preferences panel to enable or disable categories, set quiet hours during which non-urgent notifications are held, and configure digest frequency. Team administrators can also set default notification policies for the entire organization.
