Go beyond standard dashboard views by building custom reports tailored to your business questions. Building a Report

Start by selecting a report template or creating one from scratch. Choose your data sources, apply filters such as date range, property type, or agent, and select the columns you want to include. Drag columns to reorder them and use the preview pane to see your report take shape in real time before saving.

Scheduling and Delivery

Once your report is saved, you can schedule it to run daily, weekly, or monthly. Reports are delivered as PDF or CSV attachments to one or more email addresses. You can also configure reports to post automatically to a shared team channel or save to your cloud storage integration.

Sharing and Permissions

Control who can view, edit, or receive each report. Assign view-only access to stakeholders who need visibility without the ability to change filters. Grant edit access to team leads who may need to adjust parameters. All shared reports reflect live data at the time they are generated.
