Connecting your loan origination system (LOS), pricing engine, and document management platform takes just a few steps and eliminates the manual data entry that slows down closings.
Connecting Your Loan Origination System
Navigate to the Mortgage Integrations page and select your LOS from the supported platforms list, including Encompass, Byte, and Calyx. Authenticate using your API credentials, then configure which data fields sync between ListHouze and your LOS. Test the connection with a sample record before going live.
Pricing Engine and Rate Feeds
Link your preferred pricing engine to power the mortgage calculator widgets with real-time rate data. ListHouze supports Optimal Blue, Polly, and Mortech integrations. Rate data refreshes automatically so buyers always see current numbers.
Managing Integration Health
Monitor the status of all active integrations from the Integration Dashboard. View sync logs, error alerts, and throughput metrics for each connection. If a sync fails, ListHouze queues the data and retries automatically, then notifies you if manual intervention is needed.
