Create routing rules from the Mortgage Settings page by defining conditions and assigning target loan officers. Conditions can include the borrower's state, loan type (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo), loan amount range, or referral source. Stack multiple conditions to build precise routing logic.

Round-Robin and Weighted Distribution

For teams without specialized routing needs, use round-robin to distribute leads evenly across your loan officer roster. Weighted distribution lets you send a higher share of leads to top performers or newer officers who need pipeline volume, with adjustable percentage splits per team member.

Monitoring Routing Performance

Track lead acceptance rates, average response times, and conversion rates per loan officer from the routing analytics dashboard. Identify bottlenecks — such as officers who are slow to claim leads — and adjust rules or staffing accordingly to keep your pipeline healthy.
