Billing and Subscriptions

ListHouze offers flexible subscription plans designed for agencies of every size. The billing settings panel gives administrators full control over plan selection, payment methods, invoices, and per-agent seat management. Keep your account in good standing and scale your subscription as your brokerage grows.

Choosing a Subscription Plan

Compare available plans on the Billing page to find the right fit for your brokerage. Plans differ by the number of agent seats, feature access, storage limits, and support tiers. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Managing Payment Methods and Invoices

Add credit cards or bank accounts as payment methods and designate a primary method for recurring charges. View and download past invoices from the billing history table. ListHouze sends email receipts automatically after every successful payment.

Per-Agent Seat Management

Add or remove agent seats as your roster changes. When you onboard a new agent, a seat is automatically added to your next invoice on a prorated basis. Removing an agent releases their seat and adjusts your billing accordingly, so you only pay for what you use.
