Creating and Editing Teams

Build teams from the Agency Settings panel by selecting agents from your roster and assigning a team lead. Each team can have a name, description, and dedicated lead routing rules. Edit team membership at any time as agents join, leave, or shift focus areas within your brokerage.

Team Communication and Collaboration

Teams share a private activity feed where members can post updates, share listings, and coordinate showings. Team leads can broadcast announcements, assign tasks, and tag individual agents. This keeps collaboration inside ListHouze rather than scattered across email threads and messaging apps.

Monitoring Team Performance

Access team-level dashboards that aggregate production metrics across all members. Compare teams side by side on lead conversion, listing volume, days on market, and revenue. Use these insights during team meetings to celebrate wins and identify coaching opportunities.
