Keep your contacts and lead data consistent across platforms by connecting ListHouze with your CRM. Whether you use Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, or another popular platform, the CRM integration syncs contact records, lead statuses, and activity logs bidirectionally. Changes made in either system are reflected in the other within minutes.
Supported CRM Platforms
ListHouze offers native integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, and LionDesk. Each native connector is pre-built with field mappings tailored to real estate workflows. For CRMs not on the native list, you can use the Zapier or Make integration to create custom connections with hundreds of additional platforms.
Setting Up a CRM Connection
Go to Settings, then Integrations, and choose your CRM provider. Authenticate using OAuth or by entering your CRM API key. After connecting, review the default field mappings to ensure ListHouze fields like lead source, property interest, and status map correctly to your CRM fields. Run a test sync to verify data flows as expected before enabling automatic sync.
Sync Rules and Conflict Resolution
Configure sync direction as one-way or bidirectional, and set conflict resolution rules for cases where the same record is updated in both systems simultaneously. Options include "most recent wins," "ListHouze wins," or "CRM wins." You can also exclude specific fields from syncing if you want to maintain separate data in each platform.
