MLS Setup

Connecting your MLS feed to ListHouze lets you automatically import property listings, photos, and market data into your account. Once configured, new listings appear within minutes of being published on the MLS, and updates like price changes and status modifications sync automatically. This eliminates manual data entry and ensures your ListHouze listings always match the MLS.

Supported MLS Providers

ListHouze supports connections to major MLS systems through RETS and Web API (RESO) standards. Compatible providers include Bright MLS, CRMLS, Stellar MLS, NWMLS, and many regional boards. Check the full compatibility list on the Integrations page in your account. If your MLS is not listed, contact support and we will work to add it.

Configuring Your MLS Connection

Navigate to Settings, then Integrations, and select MLS Setup. Enter your MLS credentials, select the boards and property types you want to import, and choose your sync frequency. ListHouze will perform an initial full import, which may take several minutes depending on the size of your MLS coverage area. After the initial import, incremental syncs keep data current.

Troubleshooting MLS Sync Issues

If listings are not appearing or updates are delayed, check the sync log on the MLS Setup page for error details. Common issues include expired MLS credentials, rate limiting from the MLS provider, and mismatched property type mappings. Re-authenticating your credentials and adjusting your sync schedule typically resolves most problems.
