Payment Gateways
Process payments directly through ListHouze by connecting a payment gateway. Whether you need to collect commission splits, process subscription fees, or accept invoice payments from clients, the payment integration handles the transaction securely. Funds are deposited to your linked bank account on your gateway's standard payout schedule.
Supported Payment Providers
ListHouze supports Stripe and PayPal as payment gateway providers. Stripe is recommended for most users due to its robust support for recurring billing, automated payouts, and detailed transaction reporting. PayPal is available as an alternative for teams that prefer it. Both providers are PCI-compliant, ensuring that payment data is handled securely.
Connecting Your Payment Gateway
Navigate to Settings, then Integrations, and select Payment Gateway. Choose your provider and complete the OAuth authorization flow to link your account. Once connected, configure your default currency, payout schedule, and notification preferences. ListHouze will display a test transaction option so you can verify the connection before processing real payments.
Managing Transactions and Payouts
View all payment activity from the Payments section of your dashboard. Each transaction shows the amount, status, associated listing or invoice, and payout timeline. Filter transactions by date, status, or agent to reconcile your records. For refunds or disputes, initiate the process from the transaction detail page and ListHouze will coordinate with your payment provider.
