Account Recovery

Losing access to your ListHouze account can be stressful, especially when you have active leads and listings to manage. This guide walks you through every recovery scenario — from a simple password reset to regaining access after losing your two-factor authentication device. Follow the steps for your specific situation to restore access as quickly as possible.

Resetting Your Password

Click "Forgot Password" on the ListHouze login page and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. The link expires after 24 hours, so use it promptly. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder and verify that you are using the correct email address.

Recovering a Locked Account

Accounts are locked after five consecutive failed login attempts as a security precaution. The lock automatically lifts after 30 minutes. If you need immediate access, use the password reset flow to create a new password, which also unlocks the account. Contact support if your account was locked by an administrator due to a security concern.

Two-Factor Authentication Recovery

If you have lost access to your authenticator app or phone, use one of the backup recovery codes provided when you originally enabled two-factor authentication. Each code can only be used once. If you have exhausted all recovery codes, contact ListHouze support with a photo ID and your account email to verify your identity and disable two-factor authentication.
