Managing Your Listings

The My Listings page is your central hub for viewing, filtering, and managing all your property listings. Access it from the agent portal sidebar.

Listings Dashboard

View Modes

The listings dashboard supports four different view modes. Your preference is saved to local storage and persists between sessions.

ViewDescription
CardGrid of property cards with images, key details, and action buttons. Default view.
TableSortable table with columns for address, suburb, price, type, status, role, and bed/bath/car counts.
ListCompact single-line rows showing headline, suburb, price, status, and actions.
CompactCondensed table view with smaller text and tighter spacing for high-density viewing.

Filtering by Status

The status tabs at the top of the page let you filter listings by their current status:

  • All — Every listing you are associated with
  • Active — Currently published and visible to buyers
  • Draft — Saved but not yet published
  • Pending — Awaiting review or approval
  • Sold — Marked as sold
  • Leased — Marked as leased

Each tab displays a count of matching listings.

Use the search bar to filter listings by street address, suburb, headline, or price display text.

Sorting

In table and compact views, click column headers to sort by address, suburb, price, status, bedrooms, or created date. Click the same column header again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Listings progress through a lifecycle of statuses:

Locked Statuses

Listings in the following statuses are locked and cannot be edited unless reactivated: Sold, Leased, Withdrawn, Archived. To make changes to a locked listing, you must first reactivate it from the Edit Listing page.

Publishing a Listing

To publish a draft listing:

  1. From the listings dashboard, find the draft listing.
  2. Click the Publish button.
  3. The system performs an eligibility check.

Eligibility Check

The publish eligibility check verifies:

  • Subscription status — Whether you or your agency has an active subscription
  • Listing limits — Whether you have available listing slots under your current plan
  • Promo allowance — Whether you qualify for free promotional listings
ResultAction
AllowedThe listing is published immediately with status set to active.
Within promo limitThe listing is published. First-time publishers may see a promotional welcome modal.
Not allowed — subscribeA paywall modal appears prompting you to subscribe to a plan.
Not allowed — upgradeA paywall modal appears suggesting a plan upgrade for more listing slots.

Editing a Listing

  1. Click the Edit button on any listing you have permission to modify.
  2. The Edit Listing page loads the same tabbed form as the create page, pre-populated with current data.
  3. Changes are autosaved every 30 seconds.
  4. A Sticky Save Bar appears at the bottom of the page showing save status.
  5. Click Save & Close to save explicitly and return to the listings dashboard.

Draft Restore

If you have unsaved local changes from a previous session (e.g., browser crash), a Draft Restore Banner appears at the top of the edit page. You can choose to Restore the locally saved version or Discard the local draft and use the server version.

AI Tools on Edit Page

When editing a listing, additional AI-powered tools are available (if AI features are enabled in your profile):

  • Market Analysis — Runs the market analyst AI agent to analyse comparable properties in the suburb
  • Optimise — Runs the listing optimizer AI agent to suggest improvements to your headline, description, and features

See AI-Powered Descriptions for more details.

Deleting a Listing

  1. Click the Delete button on a listing.
  2. A confirmation dialog appears: "This will move the property to Deleted Items. You can restore it within 30 days."
  3. Click Delete to confirm.

Deletion is a soft delete — the property is moved to Deleted Items. You can restore it within 30 days.

Warning

Only primary agents can delete a listing. Co-listing agents cannot delete properties they are not primary on.

Co-Listed Properties

If you are a co-listing agent on a property, the listing appears in your dashboard with a Co-Lister badge. See Co-Listings for details on permissions and collaboration.
