When your favorites list grows beyond a handful of properties, comparing them side by side helps you identify the best fit. ListHouze provides a dedicated comparison tool that lays out key details, photos, and financial estimates in a structured view so you can evaluate your options objectively and move forward with confidence.
Building a Comparison Board
Select up to four properties from your favorites or search results and click Compare. ListHouze generates a side-by-side board showing price, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, lot size, year built, HOA fees, and estimated monthly payment. Scroll horizontally to review every data point at a glance.
Reviewing Feature Differences
The feature comparison section highlights where listings differ. Green checkmarks indicate a property includes a feature — such as a garage, pool, or updated kitchen — while gaps are clearly marked. This visual approach makes it easy to spot trade-offs without re-reading every listing description.
Tracking Price History
Each column on the comparison board includes a mini price-history chart showing listing price changes over time. Identify properties that have recently reduced in price or have remained stable, helping you gauge negotiation leverage and market demand before making an offer.
