Contacting Agents
ListHouze makes it easy to connect with real estate agents at every stage of your home search. Whether you want to ask a question about a specific listing, schedule a showing, or find a dedicated buyer's agent, all communication happens within the platform so your conversations stay organized.
Messaging a Listing Agent
Every property detail page includes a Contact Agent button. Click it to send a message directly to the listing agent. You can ask about property details, request disclosure documents, or express interest. All messages appear in your unified inbox under Messages.
Requesting a Showing
To schedule an in-person or virtual tour, click Request Showing on any listing. Select your preferred dates and times, and the agent will confirm availability. ListHouze sends calendar invitations to both parties and reminders as the showing date approaches.
Finding a Buyer's Agent
If you do not yet have representation, browse the ListHouze agent directory filtered by location, specialization, and client reviews. Review agent profiles, read verified testimonials, and send an introductory message — all from the directory page — to find the right advocate for your purchase.
