Whether you know exactly what you want or are still exploring, these tools help you narrow down options efficiently.
Using Search Filters
Enter a location in the search bar, then refine results using filters for price range, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, and year built. Advanced filters let you specify features like a garage, pool, or specific school district. Your filter selections persist across sessions so you can pick up where you left off.
Exploring the Map View
Toggle to map view to see listings plotted geographically. Zoom in to explore specific neighborhoods, click pins to preview listing details, and draw custom boundaries to define your own search area. The map updates dynamically as you adjust filters.
Setting Up Saved Search Alerts
Once you have configured a search you like, click Save Search to create a persistent alert. ListHouze will notify you via email or push notification whenever a new listing matches your criteria, ensuring you never miss a property in a fast-moving market.
