Saving Favorite Properties
As you browse listings on ListHouze, saving favorites lets you build a curated shortlist of properties worth a closer look. Rather than bookmarking dozens of browser tabs, you can organize everything inside the platform with collections, personal notes, and sharing tools.
Adding Properties to Favorites
Click the heart icon on any listing card or detail page to save it to your favorites. Saved properties appear under My Favorites in your dashboard. You can also add a property from search results without opening the full listing, making it easy to triage results quickly.
Creating Custom Collections
Group your favorites into collections such as "Move-In Ready," "Fixer-Uppers," or "Near Work." To create a collection, go to My Favorites > New Collection and give it a name. Drag and drop properties between collections as your priorities evolve throughout your search.
Sharing Favorites with Others
Collaboration is key when buying a home. Share any collection with a co-buyer, family member, or your agent by clicking the share icon and entering their email. Shared recipients can view listings, add comments, and vote on their top picks directly within the collection.
