Property Filters
Your website automatically displays your active ListHouze property listings. The Property Filters page lets you control exactly which listings appear and how they are sorted.
Accessing Property Filters
Navigate to Website → Filters in your dashboard sidebar.
Available Filters
| Filter | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Listing types | Multi-select | Show only "For Sale", "For Rent", or both |
| Property categories | Multi-select | Filter by House, Apartment, Townhouse, Land, Commercial, etc. |
| Minimum price | Number | Only show listings above this price |
| Maximum price | Number | Only show listings below this price |
| Suburbs | Multi-select | Limit to specific suburbs or locations |
| Exclude sold | Toggle | Hide properties marked as sold |
| Exclude leased | Toggle | Hide properties marked as leased |
| Show open homes | Toggle | Display open home badges on eligible listings |
| Sort by | Select | Default sort order for listing display |
| Featured only | Toggle | Only show listings you have marked as featured |
How Filters Work
Filters are applied at the database query level when your website loads listings. This means:
- Only matching listings are fetched - your website loads faster
- Visitors see a curated selection relevant to your focus area
- Filters apply to both the listings page and the featured listings section on your home page

- Listing types: Sale only

- Listing types: Sale
- Minimum price: $1,000,000
- Featured only: On
Suburb Specialist
- Suburbs: Select your target suburbs
- Show open homes: On

Changes to property filters take effect immediately on your live website. There is no need to republish or rebuild - the next page load will reflect your updated filter settings.
