Billing & Subscriptions

ListHouze Mortgage Manager offers three subscription tiers to match your business needs. This guide explains each plan, how to upgrade, and how to manage your billing.

Accessing Billing

From the sidebar, navigate to Account > Billing, or go directly to /dashboard/mortgage/billing. You can also access billing from the Billing tab on your dashboard.

Subscription Plans

Free

Get started at no cost with:

  • 5 enquiries per month
  • Basic profile listing in the broker directory
  • Standard directory visibility

Limitations:

  • No CRM access (lead pipeline locked)
  • Limited enquiry notifications
  • No direct contact details shown on public profile

Unlock your lead pipeline with:

  • 50 enquiries per month
  • CRM access enabled
  • Contact details visible on your public profile
  • Priority placement in search results
  • Email notifications for new leads

Unlimited (Premium)

Maximise your reach with:

  • Unlimited enquiries
  • Full CRM access
  • Premium banner on your public profile
  • SEO promotion boost for higher search visibility
  • Featured placement in the broker directory
  • Priority support

Current Subscription Status

The billing page displays your current tier with an icon and badge:

  • Free - Credit card icon, "Free Plan" badge
  • Starter - Lightning bolt icon, "Starter Plan" badge
  • Unlimited - Crown icon, "Unlimited Plan" badge

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Navigate to the Billing page from your sidebar or dashboard
  2. Review the available plans in the Subscription Plan section
  3. Click Upgrade on your chosen plan
  4. Complete the checkout through Stripe's secure payment page
  5. Your new plan is activated immediately

You'll have instant access to all features included in your new plan.

Managing Your Subscription

Click Manage Subscription on the billing page to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can:

  • View and download invoices
  • Update your payment method
  • Change or cancel your subscription
  • View your billing history

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. ListHouze does not store your payment card details.

Enquiry Usage Tracking

Your billing page shows a detailed view of your monthly enquiry usage:

  • Used - How many enquiries you've received this month
  • Remaining - How many enquiries are left before your limit
  • Progress bar - Visual indicator of your usage percentage

Usage Warnings

  • At 80% usage, you'll see a warning to consider upgrading
  • At 100% usage, you'll receive an alert that your limit has been reached
  • Usage resets at the beginning of each calendar month

What Happens at Your Limit

When you reach your monthly enquiry limit:

  • New leads are not assigned to you until the next month
  • Your existing leads and conversations are unaffected
  • You can upgrade your plan at any time to immediately increase your limit

Downgrading

To downgrade your plan, use the Manage Subscription button to access the Stripe customer portal. Note that:

  • Downgrading to Free removes CRM access
  • Your lead history and profile data are preserved
  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
