Your Dashboard

The Mortgage Manager dashboard is your central hub for monitoring leads, managing your profile, and tracking your business activity. This guide explains each section of the dashboard.

Accessing the Dashboard

After logging in, you're taken directly to your dashboard at /dashboard/mortgage. You can also access it from the sidebar under Overview > Dashboard.

Verification Status Banner

At the top of your dashboard, a status banner shows your current verification state:

  • Draft (blue) - Your profile is incomplete. Complete your profile details and submit for verification.
  • Pending (amber) - Your profile is under review. Typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Approved (green) - Your profile is live. A link to your public profile is provided.

Each banner includes action buttons relevant to your current status, such as "Complete Profile" or "View Public Profile".

Stats Cards

The dashboard displays five key metrics at a glance:

These numbers update in real time as you work through your lead pipeline.

Dashboard Tabs

Below the stats cards, your dashboard is organised into five tabs:

Leads

Your lead pipeline showing all assigned leads and their current status. On the Free plan, this tab shows an upgrade prompt - CRM access requires a Starter or Unlimited subscription. See Lead Management for details.

Appointments

Calendar integration for scheduling client meetings. This feature is coming soon.

Documents

Client document management for collecting and organising loan application documents. This feature is coming soon.

Profile

A summary view of your broker profile with quick actions:

  • Edit Profile - Opens the full profile editor
  • Pause / Resume Leads - Toggle lead intake on or off

Billing

Your current subscription plan, enquiry usage, and upgrade options. See Billing & Subscriptions for details.

Pausing & Resuming Lead Intake

The Pause Leads toggle lets you temporarily stop receiving new lead assignments without taking your profile offline. When paused:

  • Your profile remains visible on the broker directory
  • No new leads are assigned to you
  • Existing leads and conversations are unaffected

This is useful when you're on holiday, at capacity, or need a break from new enquiries. Resume anytime to start receiving leads again.

Guided Tour

When you first access your dashboard, an interactive guided tour highlights key areas and explains how to get started. The tour covers:

  • Where to find your lead pipeline
  • How to edit your profile
  • Where to manage your subscription
  • How to access messages and reviews

You can dismiss the tour at any time.
