The Lasha AI Command Center is your AI assistant within the ListHouze platform. It provides intelligent insights and assistance tailored to mortgage brokers, helping you:

AI Lead Scoring
One of the most valuable AI features is automatic lead scoring. When new leads enter your pipeline, the AI evaluates them and assigns a score:
| Score | What It Means | Recommended Action |
|---|---|---|
| Hot | High engagement signals, strong budget alignment, ready to proceed | Contact immediately - these leads are most likely to convert |
| Warm | Good potential with moderate engagement | Follow up within 24–48 hours |
| Cold | Lower engagement or misaligned criteria | Follow up at your discretion or deprioritise |
How Scoring Works
The AI considers multiple factors when scoring a lead:
- Level of engagement with the platform
- Budget and deposit information relative to the market
- Enquiry details and specificity
- Buyer type and pre-approval status
Scores are displayed alongside each lead in your pipeline, with a confidence indicator and brief reasoning explaining the classification.
Using Scores Effectively
- Focus your mornings on Hot leads - These have the highest conversion potential
- Schedule follow-ups for Warm leads - Don't let them go cold
- Batch Cold leads - Review periodically but don't over-invest time
- Trust but verify - AI scoring is a guide, not a guarantee. Your experience and judgement should always factor into your prioritisation
