AI Lead Scoring

One of the most valuable AI features is automatic lead scoring. When new leads enter your pipeline, the AI evaluates them and assigns a score:

Scores are displayed alongside each lead in your pipeline, with a confidence indicator and brief reasoning explaining the classification.

Using Scores Effectively

  • Focus your mornings on Hot leads - These have the highest conversion potential
  • Schedule follow-ups for Warm leads - Don't let them go cold
  • Batch Cold leads - Review periodically but don't over-invest time
  • Trust but verify - AI scoring is a guide, not a guarantee. Your experience and judgement should always factor into your prioritisation
