Client Reviews
Reviews are one of the most powerful ways to build trust with prospective clients. This guide explains how to collect, manage, and display reviews on your public profile.
Accessing Reviews
From the sidebar, navigate to Activity > My Reviews, or go directly to /dashboard/mortgage/reviews.
Review Dashboard
Your reviews page shows:
- Average Rating - Your overall star rating (1–5) across all published reviews
- Published Reviews - The number of approved reviews visible on your public profile
- Pending Invitations - Review invitations you've sent that haven't been completed yet
Use the tabs to switch between viewing All Reviews, Approved reviews, and Invitations.
Sending Review Invitations
To request a review from a client:
- Click Send Review Invite on your reviews page
- Enter the client's name and email address
- Click Send
The client receives an email with a unique review link. The link is valid for 14 days. You can track the status of each invitation:
- Pending - Invitation sent, awaiting client response
- Completed - Client has submitted their review
- Expired - The 14-day window has passed without a response
Review Rating Categories
When a client submits a review, they rate you across several dimensions:

| Overall Rating | General satisfaction (1–5 stars) |
| Communication | How well you communicated throughout the process |
| Knowledge | Your expertise and understanding of mortgage products |
| Professionalism | Your conduct and reliability |
| Would Recommend | Whether they would recommend you to others (yes/no) |
Clients also provide a review title and written feedback.
Moderation Process
All client reviews go through a moderation process before being published:
- Client submits a review via the invitation link
- The review enters Pending status
- A ListHouze moderator reviews the content
- The review is either Approved (published to your profile) or Rejected (not published)
Reviews submitted through an invitation link receive a Verified badge, indicating the reviewer was a genuine client.
Reviews on Your Public Profile
Approved reviews are displayed on your public broker profile page at listhouze.com/mortgage-brokers/your-slug. Visitors can see:
- Your average star rating
- Total number of reviews
- Individual review cards with the reviewer's name, rating, and comments
- Verified badge for invitation-based reviews
- A "Leave a Review" call-to-action card for visitors who have worked with you
Reviews also contribute to your profile's SEO through structured data, which can appear in search engine results.
Tips for Collecting Great Reviews
- Timing matters - Send review invitations shortly after settlement, when the client's positive experience is fresh
- Make it personal - Let clients know you'd appreciate their feedback before sending the formal invitation
- Follow up once - If a client hasn't responded after a week, a gentle reminder can help
- Deliver great service - The best reviews come naturally from exceptional client experiences
