How It Works

The AI content generation flow follows four simple steps:

1. Select a listing from your properties
2. Choose a tone that matches your brand and audience
3. Click Generate to produce captions for all connected platforms
4. Review and edit the generated content in each platform panel

The entire process takes under a minute, giving you professional marketing copy that would otherwise take 15 to 30 minutes to write manually.

Selecting a Listing

In the post editor, the AI Content Generator card includes a listing selector. Click it to open a searchable dialog showing all your active property listings. Select the listing you want to create content for, and its details are loaded for the AI to reference.

If you navigated to the editor from a listing page using the Create Social Post button, the listing is already pre-selected.

Choosing a Tone

Select a tone that matches how you want the post to sound. The tone shapes the language, vocabulary, and style of the generated captions.

Generating Content

Click the Generate button to start the AI generation. The system analyzes your listing's property data including address, suburb, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, land size, and key features. It then produces tailored captions for each platform:

• Instagram — Engaging caption with relevant hashtags and emoji usage appropriate for the platform
• Facebook — Longer-form post with property highlights and a call to action
• LinkedIn — Professional market update style with industry-relevant language

Each generated caption appears in its respective platform panel in the editor, ready for review.

Every account includes 5 free AI generations with no subscription required. This lets you test the quality and usefulness of AI-generated content before committing to a paid plan.

• A badge on the AI generator card shows your usage (for example, "3 of 5 used")
• When you reach the limit, a prompt directs you to the Billing & Plans page to upgrade
• All paid subscription plans include unlimited AI generations

Free tier accounts can generate and save AI content as drafts but cannot publish posts to connected social media platforms. Publishing requires an active subscription.

Editing Generated Content

AI-generated captions are a starting point, not the final word. After generation, you can freely edit each platform's content in its dedicated panel. Add personal touches, adjust the call to action, swap hashtags, or rewrite sections entirely. The AI gives you a professional foundation — your edits make it authentically yours.

Tip

Add a personal anecdote or local insight to AI-generated captions. Mentioning a nearby cafe, school, or park that you know from experience makes the post feel genuine and builds trust with your audience.
