Media Library
Great social media content needs great visuals. The ListHouze media library gives you access to professionally designed real estate templates, a space to upload and manage your own media, and collections to keep everything organized. Whether you need a "Just Listed" poster, an open home banner, or a property walkthrough video template, the library has you covered.
Accessing the Media Library
Navigate to Media Library in the Content Creation sidebar. The library is organized into three tabs: Premium, My Uploads, and Collections.
Premium Templates
The Premium tab contains professionally designed templates built specifically for real estate marketing. Each template is tagged with metadata so you can quickly find what you need.
Filtering Templates
Use the filter bar to narrow results by:

Using a Template
Hover over any premium template and click Use Template to open it in the post editor. The template's suggested caption and layout are pre-loaded so you can customize them with your listing details.

My Uploads
The My Uploads tab displays all images and videos you have uploaded to your media library. Click the Upload button in the header to add new files. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, WebP, MP4, and MOV.
Uploaded assets are stored securely and can be reused across multiple posts. Each upload shows a thumbnail preview, file name, and upload date.
Collections
Collections let you organize your media assets into folders for easy access. For example, you might create collections for specific listings, seasonal campaigns, or content themes.
To create a collection:
- Navigate to the Collections tab
- Click Collection to create a new folder
- Enter a name and optional description
- Click Create
To add assets to a collection:
- Browse the Premium or My Uploads tab
- Select one or more assets
- Click Save to Collection and choose the destination folder
