Scheduling & Publishing
ListHouze gives you full control over when your social media content goes live. Publish immediately for time-sensitive announcements, or schedule posts for specific dates and times to maintain a consistent presence across your channels. Timezone support ensures your posts reach your audience at the right local time.
Publishing Immediately
When your post is ready and you want it live right now:
- Open your post in the editor
- Toggle on the channels you want to publish to (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Click Publish Now
The post is submitted to each connected platform immediately. You can track the publishing status in the posts list — it transitions from "Publishing" to "Published" once each platform confirms receipt.
Scheduling for Later
To schedule a post for a future date and time:
- Open your post in the editor
- Set the date using the date picker
- Set the time for publishing
- Select your timezone from the dropdown (Australian and New Zealand timezones are supported)
- Click Schedule
The post is saved with a "Scheduled" status and appears on your content calendar at the scheduled date. ListHouze publishes it automatically at the specified time.
